... Majlis Masuk Pengangunan ... will be held at the bride/groom's room ... to symbolise that the bride/groom is now ready for the married life ....
.... traditionally the bride/groom will be accompanied by their aunts and their elderly ....
.. candles will be lit .. just a symbol of a light to the new path .... (thou .. I'd presume .... in the olden day.. there were no electricity ... hence they use candle to light up the room ...and the tradition continues......)
