... one of the great thing about festival in the Capital is that ... the main leading road are closed for public motor vehicles ....

.. hence .. one can just walk "freely" in the middle of the road .... if u want ... u can even sit or even lie down literally on the road.... but .. heck ... why would you wanna lie down in the middle of the road....? ... sadang luan jua eh .... ;)
